Senior HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, advising management on organizational policy and compliance.
  • Talent Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding high-level or specialized staff.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee issues, disciplinary procedures, and ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Operations & Payroll: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, HRMS updates, and record-keeping.
  • Performance & Development: Create performance review processes, training programs, and career development initiatives.
  • Culture & Engagement:Drive employee engagement activities to boost morale, reduce turnover, and improve productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, Specialist, or similar senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • 3–5 years of experience in human resources role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales Department

Reports to: Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in managing existing customers and developing new accounts
  • Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, and related documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operation, and finance to ensure smooth order processing
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and delivery status
  • Assist in sales forecasting, sales reports, and market analysis
  • Participate in sales meetings and customer visits when required
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the system
  • Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00

Qualifications

  • Age between 27–35 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or sales coordination (FMCG is an advantage)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English and French are an advantage
