Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ticket Purchase

Once payment is completed, tickets are considered confirmed.

However, modifications or transfers are allowed if requested at least 48 hours before the event, subject to approval by the organizer.

Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Event Postponement

If the event is rescheduled, all tickets remain valid for the new date.

If the new date is not suitable, ticket holders may request a refund within 7 days of the official announcement.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • No-shows or cancellations due to personal reasons
  • Refund requests submitted after the event has taken place

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Processing time depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
